Elegant Ensembles is ready to provide wonderful live music at your next event. We offer music for wedding ceremonies and receptions featuring a wide variety of classical ensembles, instruments, and styles.  We often perform in Raleigh, Greensboro, Charlotte and Winston-Salem as a string quartet and string trio.

Ensemble Sizes: Elegant Ensembles is accustomed to providing a diverse selection of musical styles and ensembles. Most often we are requested to perform as a string ensemble featuring violins, viola and cello. Trios and quartets work well indoors or out. If your wedding is outdoors, we usually recommend having at least three or four musicians due to the lack of reverberation and the natural acoustics that a room provides. We are able to perform with as many as six musicians for engagments that require a larger sound. Duets on the other hand, usually provide enough volume for indoor weddings in small rooms or sanctuarys.  We often perform as a string quartet in Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem.   String trios are very popular for indoor and outdoor weddings in Raleigh as well.

Ensemble Types: With our current library of music, we are able to perform with a wide range of instruments. Consider some of the options below and if you have something different in mind, let us know and we'll see what other options may be possible.
